In the end, I was able to find everything I needed for my pool without any hassle. They had lots of choices, and it was easy enough to look through everything and pick what worked for me.

I ended up ordering the wrong pool part, which is exactly the kind of annoying little mistake that usually turns into a whole customer service saga. But this return was way easier than I expected. The form was simple, the label came through fast, and my refund showed up a few days after they got the part back. No endless emails, no weird runaround, no “please explain your issue again” nonsense. Just handled and done. Why can’t every return be like this?

I ordered a replacement cartridge and some test strips from poolsupplies.com, but I wasn’t totally sure which filter model I had. I went back and forth between the specs on the site and even checked my order email/receipt from the last time I bought parts, then ended up chatting with support before placing the order.

The person I talked to actually understood the difference between the similar Hayward sizes, which saved me from buying the wrong one. I also got the confirmation email right away, so it was easy to double-check what I ordered.

Shipping was fine, not super fast but nothing to complain about. I’m giving 4 stars only because one of the boxes showed up a little beat up, but everything inside was fine and worked like it should

I got a new pool liner from poolsupplies.com, and it was better than I thought it would be. Thicker it feels than my old one, which was a nice surprise. The fit was right, the color looks good once the water was in, and I didn’t notice any weird seam problems. Installing it took me a bit, but overall I’m happy with it.
